Some Symptoms:

Frequent Urination or inability to urine despite the urge

In Siddha Maruthuvam we belief in removing the cause of the

Ø Drink at least eight
glasses of water a day, starting with 2 glasses first thing in the morning
Ø Avoid too much sugary
foods
Ø Avoid alcohol, spicy
foods, chillies and coffee, especially during UTI
Ø Go to the bathroom as soon
as you feel the urge to urine
Ø Wipe from front to back
after bowel movement to prevent bacteria from anus entering the urethra
Ø Wear cotton undergarments,
as bacteria thrive in warm and wet conditions, Cotton keeps you cool and dry
and it lets air flow through.
Ø Drink lots of water
Ø Have regular oil bath
(twice a week at least)
